Things to consider before ordering:
- When web hosting and domain names renew at the end of the discounted period, they will renew at normal prices.
- A 30 day refund is available for web hosting plans only. Domain names and SSL certificates are non-refundable.
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime at no extra cost by contacting us.
- If you exceed your bandwidth or disk quota we will upgrade your hosting account to the appropriate plan to accomodate your needs and minimize costs for you. Any extra usage over your allocated plan data transfer quota will be charged at $2 per GB.
- Domain names and SSL Certificates are not registered until payment is confirmed.
- An Australian Business number is required when registering .au domain names.
- Invoices and payment receipts will be emailed in pdf format.
- Invoices and payment receipts are available online in your account for download at anytime.
